NicoFibrous
This casing made of selected abaca fibers is characterized by the aboveaverage wall thickness. This ability allows you to fill the casings very plump with optimal maturing properties at the same time. This results in a caliber accuracy of (plus-minus) 0.5 mm even with large caliber and sausage lengths of over 1.50 meters. This material is excellently suited for the production of raw sausage and cooked cured products and can be produced as cut-offs, rolls, blanks (sheets), shirred and stippled, as well as printed. Due to various special inner coatings, you will always get your desired peeling result for all applications.

NicoFibrous nature adhesive (1.2)
The NicoFiber Natural – adhesive (1.2) is a fibrous casing with good adhesive properties, which is provided with a special adhesive inner coating during production so that the casing shrinks with the filled product during drying up to 40%. Typical applications are salami and pepperoni with solid drying.

NicoFibrous nature regular (1.5)
The NicoFiber Natur – regular (1.5) is a standard fibrous casing used for smoked raw sausages (permanent sausages), which are then coated (dipped) with, e.g., pepper or cheese.

The application areas for the NicoFiber Natural – with soft adhesion (1.8) are predominantly for slicers, with minimal adhesion so that the casing does not detach from the sausage meat.

NicoFibrous nature easily peelable (2.2)
NicoFiber Natur – easy peelable (2.2) is an easily peelable casing that easily detaches from the sausage product before mechanical peeling. This fibrous casing is mainly used for long-life sausage and raw sausage.

NicoFibrous nature easily peelable (2.4)
The NicoFiber Natur – easy peelable (2.2) is a fibrous casing with extremely high peel ability – for the areas of cooked ham, cooked cured products, smoked ham – which are sliced in the production plant. Furthermore, this casing is also suitable for cheese.
